Countywide Burn Bans

From time to time, the County Fire Defense Board Chiefs (FDBs) implement a countywide burn ban across Washington and YamhilL Counties based on weather and fire-risk conditions such as temperature, humidity, wind, and fuel dryness.

The Gaston Fire District follows the Burn Ban status set by the Washington County Fire Defense Board for our entire district—even for areas within Yamhill County.
When a burn ban is in effect, we will post the current Burn Ban Status on this website.
